Chips were burnt , and the parmo tasted of burnt smoke

Food came in less than 30 mins and wasn’t overly expensive however none of it was hot. Lukewarm at best. Chips had clearly been cooked a number of times and chicken for the Parmo was the same - dry and crusty. Doner meat was like rubber. Such a shame as normally very good.
